2.1. Product Prices and VAT

Unless otherwise stated in the seller's product description, all listed prices are final prices.

VAT is not separately stated, as the seller qualifies as a small business under the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).

Any additional delivery and shipping costs will be indicated separately in the relevant product description.

2.2. Additional Costs for International Orders

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases that are beyond the seller's control and must be borne by the customer.

These may include:

  • Bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges imposed by financial institutions.
  • Import duties, customs fees, or applicable taxes.

Such payment-related costs may also arise when delivery takes place within the European Union but payment is made from a country outside the European Union.

3. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

3.1. Delivery Address

Where the seller offers shipping, goods will be delivered within the delivery areas specified by the seller to the shipping address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

The shipping address specified during the checkout process is considered authoritative for processing the order.

3.2. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.

This does not apply to the original shipping costs if the customer validly exercises their statutory right of withdrawal.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, return shipping costs are governed by the provisions set out in the seller's Withdrawal Policy.

3.3. Transfer of Risk

For Business Customers

If the customer acts as a business, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer as soon as the seller hands the goods over to the forwarding agent, carrier, or other person or organization designated to carry out the shipment.

For Consumers

If the customer acts as a consumer, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods generally passes to the customer only when the goods are handed over to the customer or an authorized recipient.

As an exception, the risk passes to the consumer upon handover to the carrier if the consumer independently commissions the carrier or another person or organization to carry out the shipment and the seller has not previously designated that carrier or service provider.

3.4. Product Availability and Delivery Issues

The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper delivery by its own suppliers.

This applies only if:

  • The failure to deliver is not attributable to the seller.
  • The seller has entered into a specific supply agreement with the supplier with due care.

The seller will make all reasonable efforts to obtain the goods.

If the goods are unavailable or only partially available, the customer will be informed without undue delay, and any corresponding payments will be refunded without undue delay.

3.5. Local Pickup

Local pickup is not available for logistical reasons.

All orders are delivered through the available shipping services.
