A. Withdrawal Policy

1. Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or independent professional activity.

2. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at that time are located outside the European Union.

5. General Information

1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. Use suitable protective outer packaging where necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against damage during transportation by using appropriate packaging.
2. Please do not return the goods using a postage-due or freight-collect shipping service.
3. Please note that the instructions in points 1 and 2 above are not conditions for the valid exercise of your right of withdrawal.
